InXpress Banbury
InXpress Banbury is a shipping company, we work with SME’s and the major carriers to provide excellent rates and customer service. We have offices at Unit F21 Cherwell Business Village, Southam Rd Banbury OX16 2SP.  Whilst this office is small we are part of a larger franchise of around 100 offices nationwide and we operate in 14 countries.

The position on offer is for a  Customer Service Agent, (domestic and international) which will involve the following:

                Quoting customers on pricing for international shipments
                Maintaining accurate records of quoted costs and sales prices
                Dealing with the customer queries by phone and email
                Maintaining close links with customers to ensure we are winning all of their business
                (no cold calling)

Skills required

                Strong organisation
                Second language (desirable)
                Strong computer skills with ability to explain systems and processes over the phone to others (new customers)

Personal Qualities

                Positive and confident with a can do attitude
                Reliable and trustworthy (keyholder)
                Self-motivated, team player
                Willing to learn in order to progress
                Ability to keep calm under pressure

Qualifications required

                Grade C or above English and Maths

We are offering £200 pw  Company Pension. Profit share after 1 years service.   Hours are Monday to Friday 9-5 pm ( Flexible )
The position is full time with the option to progress into sales or business management.  The company has grown over the past 2 years and we anticipate further expansion.
